Today's video is Bedford Road, which is fairly close to our previous road, !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Bedford Road is a bit of a surprise in the area, as it has very smooth tarmac, unlike some of the other roads in the area. Although not a very long road, it is one of the simpler ones, just lots of corners and great scenery. The great thing about it is that it is fairly close to the city, yet remote enough to be very enjoyable. If you're looking for further away roads such as in Connecticut, check out our other videos on our !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , where you can search up videos by state. Or, check out our previous post about our trip to !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
Make sure check out Neperan Road, and subscribe to us for future updates once we finish processing the other videos from the area, before heading there!

Man, I usually visit the wayyyyy upstate part of New York. I didn't even know that close the city was considered upstate.

Right on. Normally I hang around Ogdensburg and Syracuse. Good roads in that area too near Cranberry Lake!

I just clicked back thru the previous posts, and learned that the authors are from Long Island, so that explains the subjective interpretation of "upstate"

Since I live in this "general" area, I was interested in watching your videos. I was disappointed to see a bounty of traffic violations, and driving that could put others in danger. Rather than terrorizing our quiet rural roads(that are not a track) why don't you guys drive(respectfully) an hour north and hoon where it's ok -

Haha you guys are right us city people consider anything north of the Bronx as "upstate"

If you could point out those traffic violations, I'd be happy to make sure they don't happen again. We're not trying to hoon on public roads, and it's quite hard to tell from the videos but we slow down a lot for the corners in our videos. Just trying to get some exhaust noise on the straights!
I do realize the Abarth has a loud exhaust and so we look for roads that are not in residential neighborhoods. We do our best to respect residents of an area, and you'll find that many much larger car shows will drive much more aggressively than we do on even more crowded open public roads.
But again, if there's anything we can do to improve in this area, please let me know.

I zoom out I knew I recognized cranberry lake we were going to be on Tupper lake last summer for a bachelor weekend but last minute chose something closer to Lake George, in the shadow of the ski resort(Gore maybe? too groomsman'd to remember). I was very much looking forward to bombing through the middle of nowhere forest to get to the cabin. Great stars out there. ..Should've said 'Cuse sooner. Stop by Cantech Automotive on E. Taft, nothing but professional enthusiasts. sent by the one they called Z. They service Italian. Baby we'll treat your Abarth right.
And are about to get a....guess....

My guess is an alignment machine. I'll definitely check it out next time I am in town. There is a rally near Cranberry Lake I went to last year. It was pretty fun.

is the audio from inside the car, windows up or down? just trying to get a sense of how loud it is on normal roads/distance driving.

It's from outside the car. Some of our earlier videos were made with a mic in the trunk:
You'll notice that the sound is muted compared to outside. From actually inside the car, you end up with less exhaust and a bit more intake noise. The car will shut up when you're not on the throttle though, as the sound deadening in the Fiat seems to be quite good.
